The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area offers a wonderful opportunity for joint cooking - or relaxed game evenings. 5 individually furnished bedrooms extend over both floors and offer you your own quiet zones. The daylight bathrooms are characterized by an interplay of natural elements and clear shapes. On the upper floor you will also find another separate toilet. A spacious garden with herb bed and barbecue area offers additional possibilities for development and opens up an impressive view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.
