Our friendly family vacation apartment house was almost completely renovated in winter 2022. It is located in the midst of the magnificent Berchtesgaden mountains. Quiet but still centrally located in the heart of Schönau a. Königssee, it offers you the ideal conditions for your most beautiful hikes and mountain tours through the impressive mountain world of the Berchtesgaden National Park, directly from the house. With numerous sports and leisure activities, such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, golfing and swimming, you can experience nature up close. You will find peace and relaxation in our comfortable apartments with balcony or terrace. Our apartments are equipped with all comforts, allergy friendly and with parquet flooring. Start the day relaxed - bread roll service with daily delivery fresh from the bakery directly to the front door. Mountain bike rental, excursions, as well as spa and massage treatments can be arranged. Our house is also an ideal starting point for winter vacations. Directly at the house is an alpine ski lift with snowmaking and floodlights, opposite the house is a groomed cross-country ski trail. Miles of cleared hiking trails invite you to winter walks. A horse-drawn carriage ride is a special experience in winter. For skiers and snowboarders our region offers a varied range of activities. Free W-LAN in all guest areas, as well as ample parking directly at the house.We accept cash, EC cards on site or bank transfers before departure. For credit card payments or debit cards, which are linked to the credit card, we charge a surcharge of 4% on the invoice price.

In winter 2022 this modern vacation apartment with terrace was redesigned and offers space for 4 people. It is suitable for allergy sufferers and is equipped with parquet floors. Our three-room apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and sink. A dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable pull-out couch with table, as well as electric fireplace (heatable) will make you feel comfortable. The living room area has a LCD flat screen DVBT -TV and a micro stereo system provides good entertainment. Two separate bedrooms with double beds each 180 x 200 cm, each room LCD flat screen, radio alarm clock, bed linen, slumber pillows, cuddly blanket. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/WC, towels, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, towel warmer, toiletries and shoehorn, as well as a seating area with table and chairs or a desk, safe and information folder. Free wifi is of course available. The terraces are equipped with chairs, table, sun beds and umbrella. A vacuum cleaner is also in the apartment. You are also welcome to use our daily bread service for a fee. The apartment is only bookable by the week, arrival on Sunday - shorter periods only on request! Baby cots/high chairs can be booked.Please note that we do not accept animals in our house.We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance! We will refund deposits made to date with a general deduction of 20.00 € processing fee.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years old and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years old per person and day of stay. (subject to change) We accept cash, debit cards on site or bank transfers before departure. For credit card payments or debit cards linked to the credit card, we charge a surcharge of 4% on the invoice price.
