Welcome to Schönau a. Königssee. In a building completed in 2014 in wooden construction, according to the latest energetic and ecological standards, there are, in addition to the owner's apartment, 2 luxury vacation apartments on the 1st floor and an easily accessible, lovely small vacation apartment on the ground floor. Parking facilities, as well as a bus stop are located directly in front of our house. The spacious property invites you to sunbath, barbecue or for children to romp around. Free WLAN is available for our guests.

Very well equipped vacation apartment located in the middle between Berchtesgaden and the Königssee. With modern, upscale furnishings in a newly renovated, charming villa. Each vacation apartment covers an entire floor and thus offers views in all 4 directions. At least one balcony, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, an extra toilet, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a large living room offer more than enough space for 4-6 people. The balcony invites you to linger and offers a view from the church Maria Gern over the Watzmann to the Schönfeldspitze above the Königssee. Around the house is enough space to "sit outside", lie in the sun, barbecue or for children to romp around. The hosts are, if desired, happy to help you with words and deeds and accompany you with a traditional, natural hospitality. The vacation apartment is located in the Alte Königsseer Straße 3

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the health resort tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change). As our house guests you can take advantage of the services of the "Watzmann-Akitv-Programme" for an active vacation free of charge or at very low prices. With a high ropes course, available bicycles, sledges, etc., there are many other possibilities available to you, depending on your needs. If required, a carport can be rented to the apartment. A restaurant in the immediate vicinity rounds off the offer.
