Welcome to Schönau a. Königssee. In a building completed in 2014 in wooden construction, according to the latest energetic and ecological standards, there are, in addition to the owner's apartment, 2 luxury vacation apartments on the 1st floor and an easily accessible, lovely small vacation apartment on the ground floor. Parking facilities, as well as a bus stop are located directly in front of our house. The spacious property invites you to sunbath, barbecue or for children to romp around. Free WLAN is available for our guests.

A well-cut vacation apartment on the ground floor offers enough space for 2 people with a bedroom, a kitchenette with dishwasher and dining table, shower/WC and a living room. From the apartment you have direct access to the surrounding area. Around the house is enough space for sun loungers, barbecue evenings or for children to romp around. A restaurant and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity bring additional vacation comfort. The hosts will be happy to help you with words and deeds and accompany you with a traditional, natural hospitality. The vacation apartment is located in the Alte Königsseer Straße 1

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the health resort tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change). As our house guests you can take advantage of the services of the "Watzmann-Akitv-Programme" for an active vacation free of charge or at very low prices. With a high ropes course, available bicycles, sledges, etc., there are many other possibilities available to you, depending on your needs. If required, a carport can be rented to the apartment. A restaurant in the immediate vicinity rounds off the offer.
