Description

Our house is situated in a slightly elevated and idyllic location on the edge of the forest in the Oberschönau district of Schönau a. Königssee. Here you will find the perfect starting point for various hikes. Whether with the family to the Söldenköpfl, Hirschkaser/Toter Mann or as an experienced mountaineer to the Watzmann - from here you can reach everything on foot. Directly in front of the house you will find a cross-country ski trail in winter and only 550 meters away is the Grünstein lift, which is particularly popular with children. Easy hikes such as to the Königssee are possible without a car. A small grocery store, bakery and butcher's shop can be found in the immediate vicinity and a bus stop is only 250 meters away.

Our 2024 completely newly built apartment Söldenköpfl-Blick offers space on 80 square meters and is equipped with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with single beds in bunk beds) each with their own TV sets, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), guest toilet, a large kitchen-living room with sofa area, extra large TV and a Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining area. There is also a barbecue on the generously furnished terrace (20 m²). Children are very welcome!

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of € 3,10 for adults, € 1,55 for children/youngsters from 7 to 16 years and € 0,00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
There is a one-off charge of €20 for the use of a crib.
