The spacious and allergy-friendly non-smoking flats are equipped with electric sun blinds and insect screens, a safe, WiFi, smart TV and an underground car park. Depending on the flat, they offer space for 2 to 6 or 8 people with up to 3 separate bedrooms.

Our 95 square metre non-smoking holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.You can enjoy a wonderful mountain view from the furnished south and west-facing balconies.A car parking space is available in the underground car park during your stay.The spacious, combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen and dining table is the centre of the modern and well-equipped holiday flat.Kitchen and dining area:The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.Crockery, a fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and microwave are of course included.2 bedrooms:The two separate bedrooms contain four sleeping places, each with a double bed. There are a further 2 beds in the living room on a pull-out couch.In the bathroom with shower and WC, we provide an initial supply of toiletries, as well as a hairdryer and two bathrobes.The price includesthe provision of bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and tea towelsthe final cleaningone parking space in the underground car parkWLANand the additional costs (electricity) - except charging current for electric cars.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 Euro for adults, 1.55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)
