Description

This is a charming apartment with modern amenities at the heart of Schaprode. There is a private terrace by the separate entrance, with a grill. A parking space is available. The outdoor area is completely fenced in. As the apartment has just been renovated, we will provide new photos once the grass is growing and the sun is shining. This 40m² thatched apartment was renovated in 2017. The house has a total of two separate holiday apartments, which can be combined for a group holiday for more than 6 people. This holiday apartment has a bathroom, a bedroom, underfloor heating, a fully-equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden and the terrace. The living room provides a dining table for 4-6 people, a double sofa bed (160 x 200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, freezer, small appliances and full inventory. A 55” satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access and underfloor heating are available, as well as dishwasher tabs, rubbish bags, tea towels, toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and hand soap. Laundry packages (towels and bed linen) can be booked optionally in addition. There is a room with a washing machine and dryer. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the best fish roll shop on the whole of Rügen. It is about 10 minutes to the beach. The thatched house is in a very idyllic and quiet location and offers the whole package in terms of peace and quiet. Wikingsurf offers a range of activities for all action fans (windsurfing, canoeing etc.). A comprehensive information folder is available with plenty of recommendations (trips, sights, gastronomy, timetables and maps).
