This apartment is located on the 1st floor with cozy sloping ceilings. Furthermore, we can offer a new leather couch in the living room. Whether you want to have breakfast on the balcony to the east side, or rather on the covered loggia (south-west), that is your decision. Since no terrace is available in this apartment, you can share our 1200sqm garden. 2 beautiful wooden loungers are available. Furthermore, a barbecue can be provided on request. A playground for children is about 100m away.
