The flat in alpine chalet style is situated in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve of Schleching-Ettenhausen in the Achental valley. It is also close to the Austrian border, nestled in the fantastic mountain panorama of the Kampenwand, Breitenstein and Geigelstein. With 80 sqm of living space, it offers plenty of room for families or groups of up to 6 people. You can make yourself comfortable in 3 rooms or on the 25 sqm terrace with a small private garden. Schleching is considered an insider tip for nature and tranquillity seekers in the Chiemgau Alps and is an ideal central starting point for active holidaymakers such as hikers, mountain bikers, cross-country skiers, skiers, climbers, etc. The ski bus, which stops only 200 m from the chalet flat, takes you to the Kössen ski area, 5 km away. A children's lift and excellent cross-country skiing trails are also just 200 m away. Hiking trails, such as the Schmugglerweg, start right outside the front door and the Tiroler Ache river with a bathing area for possible cooling off is just a few steps away. Restaurants, shopping facilities and sports shops are located in the surrounding area.

This high-quality chalet flat was completed in 2017. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the fireplace, both from the dining area or from the cosy sofa. The comfortable bathroom, with a ground-level wellness shower and the Alpine design sauna, invites you to linger. The two double bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes and beds with the highest sleeping comfort. One bedroom also has a massive loft bed, so that a total of up to six people can be comfortably accommodated. All furniture is made of solid wood in brushed oak. In the selection of materials, special emphasis was placed on sustainable and natural materials. Towels, bed linen, the well-equipped kitchen, the guest toilet, an underground parking space and an outdoor parking space, 2 TV sets and Wi-Fi round off the living comfort.
