The owners of this quiet and centrally located holiday accommodation have many years of experience in hosting guests.

The house offers a beautiful, light, non-smoking holiday apartment for two adults and one child, providing a balcony, a shower, a WC and a well-equipped kitchen (crockery, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine). Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a colour TV with satellite channels for cosy evenings at home, as well as free wireless Internet access. The apartment has central heating with radiators in every room. In the house there is also a twin bedded room which can be booked in addition either to apartment 1 or to apartment 2. Please note: The guest room can only be booked together with one of the two apartments, not individually.

There are private parking spaces on site. The garden is private, but not fenced.

The house is just 150 metres from the host’s house, where there is also the tourist office. The beautifully laid out Kurpark with occasional bandstand concerts is in the vicinity. Your hosts are happy to provide information about walks and cycle tours, as well as trips in the Berchtesgadener Land, Chiemgau or the neighbouring Salzburger Land.



This charmingly decorated holiday apartment is suitable for two adults and one child. It has a living room with an additional corner bench and a small, separate kitchen unit, as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC. There is a newly furnished bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. Crockery, bed linen, towels, satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are provides. A child would sleep on a supplementary bed (90 x 190cm) in the living room. There are two balconies, one facing south-east and the other south-west, with an awning.
