Description
The holiday house stands next to the owner’s site on the edge of the regional capital Schwerin. The beach by the lake is only 500 metres away. There are very good transport connections near the house.
There is a parking space in front of the house.
The house is charmingly furnished with self-designed natural wood furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment, a two-ring hob, a sink, cupboards and a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Wooden stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The living room provides a little table, a sofa, two armchairs, a V set, a CD-radio and two built-in wardrobes.
You can take the bus for a sightseeing tour, avoiding parking space problems. The leisure boats offer interesting and sociable boat trips. Many idyllic paths invite you to go cycling, walking and riding. The golf resort WINSTONgolf is nearby. There are good gastronomic facilities. You can do shopping 2km away. The regional capital Schwerin is 10km away, where you can go strolling and shopping at the shopping centres and the little shops and markets in the old town. Visit the fairytale castle on an island on Schweriner See, or the Schwerin-Mueß open-air museum, with its thatched timber-framed houses. Or you can look forward to an opera at the Schlossfestspiele Schwerin at the Mecklenburg State Theatre. Whether you are looking for relaxation and leisure or sports and activities, there is something for everyone. You can go swimming, fishing, diving, sailing, surfing or canoeing on the lakes nearby.
