The holiday complex is in the Ueckermünde yacht harbour. The beach and promenade are just 200 metres away. The owners offer apartments with new and modern furnishing for a relaxing and interesting holiday.
The holiday complex offers a reception with a little library, a breakfast and bread rolls service, towels and bed linen hire, a launderette, wireless Internet access, boat hire and boat access to the water, fishing options, a seasonal beer garden, fish smoking facilities, a kids’ club, a grill area, a playground and a sports ground (football, volleyball), a restaurant boat, a bistro. Dogs are welcome and there is a beach for dogs just 400 metres away. A highchair and travel cot are available free of charge.

The state-recognised seaside spa of Ueckermünde is not far from the Baltic Sea, on the southern shore of the Stettiner Haff, surrounded by quaint forests and a beautiful heath landscape. It is two kilometres to town and there are shops and a restaurant 200 metres away.
This holiday studio is right by the water with a view towards Usedom. The fine sandy beach with a beautiful promenade is 200 metres away. The balcony affords a direct view of the water and the green surroundings and has a little balcony table and three armchairs. The first floor provides this comfortably furnished holiday studio with a sunny balcony and 31m² of living space. You can enjoy the most wonderful sunsets by the waterfront and watch the yachts sailing by, as you enjoy a glass of champagne or cool beer on the balcony. The one-room apartment is suitable for a holiday as a couple, as well as for a short stay or a long weekend. It comprises a living, dining and bedroom with a little open kitchen and access to the balcony, as well as a shower room with a WC. You enter into a little entrance area with cloakroom space, which provides access to the shower room and the main room, consisting of a sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a sideboard next to the bed with a flatscreen TV with cable TV and a DVD player for entertainment whilst you lie comfortably in bed. In front of the bed there is a pull-out relaxation armchair that can be used as a bed for a third person. You go past the round dining table with three chairs to the kitchen space, which allows practical self-catering with a two-ring hob, a microwave with an oven function, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a toaster, so well-equipped for a sumptuous breakfast or simple meals. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a shower curtain, a washbasin and a WC.
