Hochfelln is a vacation apartment with all comforts and approx. 40m². The apartment is located on the second floor with separate access. You have a small, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, glasses, dishes and cutlery. Living room with south-facing balcony, view over Lake Chiemsee to the Bavarian mountains, SAT flat-screen TV, radio, leather seating set and dining area. Bedroom with south and east window, double bed, closet. Bathroom with shower and toilet, mirror cabinet and utensil cupboard, hairdryer. All windows and the balcony door are equipped with fly screens.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults will apply. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00. A deposit of 20% of the total price is payable on booking.
