Hochries is a very nice and equipped with all comforts vacation apartment with 48 m². The apartment is located on the second floor of our house with separate entrance. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. With electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, glasses, dishes and cutlery. Living room with south-facing balcony, leather seating set, dining area, SAT flat TV, radio. Bedroom with south-facing window, comfortable double bed and large closet. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and wardrobe. Windows and balcony doors are equipped with fly screens.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults will apply. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00. A deposit of 20% of the total price is payable on booking.
