The new vacation apartment is located in the attic of a 2017 lovingly renovated to the latest standards about 150 years old farmhouse in a small, quiet hamlet in the midst of beautiful nature in the very historic Chiemgau.To the Chiemsee, which you can see from us, it is as the crow flies about 400m. There you can enjoy the peace and the magnificent view at the in-house bathing beach.You have a wonderful view of the alpine chain with the Kampenwand as the most prominent mountain, only about 25 minutes drive away. Various restaurants and inns are located within a radius of a few km.Our farm is located in the immediate vicinity of various cycling and hiking trails, you can start immediately. A free parking lot directly at the house is available for you.To the community center Seebruck it is only about 5 minutes drive.
The new vacation apartment, completed in 2019, is located in the attic of a 2017 completely renovated to the latest standards about 150 years old farmhouse. A separate entrance through the central staircase leads directly to the anteroom of the spacious living/dining/kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV, which can be converted into a sofa bed if necessary, in addition to the separate bedroom with double bed. The comfortable bathroom with shower connects directly to the entrance area.In many places it has been possible to elegantly combine the modern renovation with the original stock of the old building.From the accompanying balcony you have a magnificent view of Lake Chiemsee, the Alpine chain and the wonderful nature that reaches our farm.
Conditions and extras
Free use of the private bathing area at Lake Chiemsee. The above prices do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults will apply. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00.
