It is distributed over 2 levels and offers enough space for 2 people. You enter the apartment on the ground floor through a separate entrance. Here you will find the wardrobe with a large closet. The adjoining bathroom is attractively designed and offers a shower with a seated bathtub. Various care products, hairdryer and towels are of course available. The living area with armchair and fireplace invites you to linger. Relax by the fireplace and open yourself to the artistic design - perhaps acoustically accompanied by a find from the long-playing record collection of the landlords. The kitchenette with table and seating is fully equipped. Coffee lovers will certainly be pleased with the high-quality fully automatic coffee machine. Coffee beans and various teas are available. The gallery on the upper floor can be reached via an open designer staircase. Here you will find the sleeping area with a king size bed, a couch with TV and a small library. Another couch, which can be transformed into a queen size bed if needed, is located right next to it. On the terrace, which is equipped with seating and a barbecue, you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature and the Chiemgau mountain range. SAT-TV, cable-TV, a stereo system, a long-playing record player as well as a wide selection of art books are of course also at your disposal. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.The studio apartment is adjacent to the owner's residence. WLAN is available free of charge

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults will apply. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00.
