The Heimhilgerhof is situated in a quiet isolated location on a small hill between Seeon and Seebruck. From here it is only a few kilometers to Lake Chiemsee or Lake Seeon.The spacious vacation apartment on the upper floor offers space for up to four people and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation.Our farm is a dairy farm in the main business. Here there is a lot for your children and you to discover. For children a special experience are our cats, dwarf goats, cows & calves. You are welcome to look over our shoulder during the daily work and if you feel like it, you can also help us out. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests soon.

Spacious new-build apartment on the 1st floor with living and cooking area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate WC and private south-facing balcony. In addition, there is a lounge with terrace and direct access to the garden. Fireplace with barbecue facilities, separate entrance, bed linen and towels included.Special features: Large terrace with sunbathing lawn, no pets, connection to various cycle routes, non-smoking apartment, W-Lan, dairy farm in the main, dishwasher in the apartment, washing machine for individual use in the lounge on the first floor, high chair, parking at the house.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults will apply. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00.
