In the vacation park Vorauf (district Vogling) in Siegsdorf/Chiemgau is our well furnished **** vacation apartment in maisonette style, in quiet unobstructable south slope location surrounded by meadows and forests with partial view of the German Voralpenkette.With its 78 square meters of living space, the apartment offers over several levels enough space for 4-5 people. A stylish ambience awaits the guest. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.Due to the maisonette location, the apartment is not suitable for children under 4 years. No renting to workers!

In the upper part of the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds in this bedroom there is a raised bed island for one more person. In front of each bedroom there is enough space in the spacious built-in wardrobes. In the entrance area there is a hallway, wardrobe and bathroom with shower/WC. On the lower level is the spacious living/dining area here you can relax, listen to music and watch TV. From here you can also access the spacious south-facing balcony with an illuminated ceiling fan. The open kitchen in the living/dining area is functionally equipped with a 4-plate electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee machines (pad and filter machine), egg boiler, toaster, kettle and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses.Due to the maisonette location, the apartment is not suitable for children under 4 years.

The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax: 1,10 € per person/night for adults & teenagers from 15 years 0,55 € per person/night for children & teenagers from 6-14 years and severely disabled from 50-79% 0,00 € for children from 0-5 years and severely disabled from 80% Energy and water costs will be charged according to consumption.
