We cordially invite you to spend the most beautiful days of the year on our fully managed farm. The Heutauer Hof is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Chiemgau Alps. Here you can get to know and love the country life. After an eventful day of vacation, a sunny lawn with deck chairs or our sauna with solarium will ensure well-being and relaxation. Our farm animals are a special experience especially for our little guests. A play garage, children's playground, many books, games, table tennis table and a children's vehicle park complete our great offer for children. Explore life in the barn and on the meadow and playfully gain experience. Boredom is impossible! For our very small guests we provide free of charge our children's equipment (crib, high chair, baby carrier and much more). Winter sports enthusiasts are also in good hands with us: Free sled and slide plate rental, toboggan slope and cross-country ski trail at the farm, Wolfsberg ski lift only 1 km away, Cleared winter hiking trails. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon on our farm.

Our beautiful, large vacation apartment is located in the main house and is comfortably furnished in country style. The apartment has 1 double room with double bed and 1 double room with 2 single beds and an east balcony. The apartment is perfectly suitable for families with children. After an eventful day of vacation, a sunny lawn with deck chairs or our sauna with solarium provide well-being and relaxation. For our very small guests we provide free of charge our children's equipment (crib, high chair, changing mat, stool, baby carrier, etc.).

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include visitor's tax: 1,10 € per person/night for adults & teenagers from 15 years 0,55 € per person/night for children & teenagers from 6-14 years and severely disabled from 50-79% 0,00 € for children from 0-5 years and severely disabled from 80 % Animals on request (max. 1 dog up to knee height). Business travelers only by prior arrangement!
