An entire vacation home for you alone - The lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home is located in a quiet location in the Vorauf vacation park in the midst of nature with a view of the mountain scenery. Especially inviting is the modern and cozy furnished open living room of the house as well as the large wooden balcony, which invites you to sunbathe from early to late. A private fenced garden with terrace and a large outdoor sauna (for a fee) invites you to relax. The house including the property with garden is at your sole disposal. Let yourself be enchanted by the surroundings, enjoy in peace the contemporary comfort and the homely atmosphere, which we have tried to create with feeling and a lot of joy. There is accommodation in the house for 4-5 people, the 5th sleeping place is a sofa bed. The use of washing machine and dryer is available for a fee. Towels available on request for an extra charge. Bringing dogs is allowed only on request. The nearest larger supermarket is in Siegsdorf and is approx. 3.8 km away as the crow flies.Popular destinations in the Chiemgau region can be reached quickly and easily by car. As the crow flies, the vacation park is about 3.9 kilometers from the nearest freeway entrance, and the train station in Siegsdorf is about 4.0 kilometers away.

The living space of the vacation home is divided into a first floor and an upper floor. Please note that the bedroom on the upper floor is accessible only by a steep staircase. First floor:- Cozy large living room with large open room- (Sleeping-)Sofa & wing chair as well as Smart-TV (HDMI connection for external devices possible)- Dining table with 5 chairs- Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave with grill function- Large balcony with seating area, deck chairs as well as an awning- Bedroom #2 with double bed- Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet- Entrance area and hallwayUpper floor:- Double bedroom- Dressing room with open closet and cozy sitting area- Bedroom with box spring double bedYou have the house to yourself and have free access everywhere except the basement area of the house.Garden including sun terrace is included, our barrel sauna in the outdoor area can be booked for an extra charge i.H.v 10,00 € per day in addition.Please note: Parties and / or bachelorette parties are not allowed in our house. The above prices do not include visitor's tax: 1,10 € per person/night for adults & teenagers from 15 years 0,55 € per person/night for children & teenagers from 6-14 yearsand severely disabled from 50-79% 0,00 € for children from 0-5 years and severely disabled from 80% Towels, washing machine and dryer for a fee. Our outdoor barrel sauna can be booked for an extra charge of 10,00 € per day. Deposit: 100,00 €
