Description

The quietly situated apartment for 2 to 5 people is on the upper floor of a charmingly converted old boat shed on the owner’s site. The balcony affords a lovely view over the garden and partially of the Greifswalder Bodden. The extensive site with seating invites you to sit and relax. A grill can be provided in the rustic sitting corner in the garden. The generous holiday apartment provides a light living room with a well-equipped kitchen unit, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The living room also has a sofa that can be used as a bed. All the rooms have wooden furniture in a Scandinavian style. It is only a short walk through the fishing village of Spandowerhagen to the waterfront, with a lovely view over the sea. Usedom is within reach, as well as the islands of Rügen, Ruden and the Greifswalder Oie. The nearest shopping facility is about 2km away. As operators of a canoe establishment, the owners can hire boats and canoes and you can take part in guided tours. From 1 July to 31 August the accommodation can only be booked by the week, for stays of at least 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Sundays. At other times of the year bookings from 3 days are possible, with flexible arrivals and departures.
