Description

The holiday apartment is in the renovated annex on the farm. It dates back to 1889 and served as a hay barn on the upper floor and as a fish smoking facility. After just a short walk you can enjoy a view over the Baltic Sea or are in the forest. The extensive courtyard has seating where you can relax. There is a rustic sitting corner in the garden and you can use the grill. The owners can offer breakfast, to be booked locally. The owners can rent boats and canoes and you can participate in guided tours. The quietly situated studio apartment with a separate bedroom is above the art gallery on the current canoeing establishment. It has a separate entrance. The generous, sunny living room of 43m² has a cosy TV and reading corner and a well-equipped kitchen unit with a dining table and a double bed (160 x 200), which can be separated off by a curtain. There is a separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200). The modern bathroom has a shower and WC. The rooms have wooden furniture in a Scandinavian style. The apartment was converted thoughtfully into a cosy holiday apartment for two to four guests in 2015/16. It is just a short walk through the fishing village of Spandowerhagen and you are at the waterfront, with a lovely view far out over the sea. Usedom is within reach, as well as the islands of Rügen, Ruden and the Greifswalder Oie. The nearest shopping facilities are about two kilometres away.
