The holiday flat is located in a very quiet residential area in Steinfurt-Borghorst. At the same time, it has very good transport connections for trips to Münster, the Ruhr area or the Netherlands thanks to its proximity to the B54 (approx. 4 minutes).The 50m² holiday flat was completely renovated at the beginning of 2018. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a 1.40 x 2.00 m double bed, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and a large storage room. The flat is fully fitted with laminate flooring or tiles. In the kitchen-living room there is a seating area, a flat-screen TV (satellite), a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, microwave, sink, kettle and of course all the necessary crockery.There are two beautifully landscaped public playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the flat. The nearest shop is 300 metres away (Penny with an attached bakery). The large E-Center with nearby Aldi, drugstore, hairdresser, etc. and Borghorst town centre are approx. 800 m away (on foot). The Steinfurt-Borghorst railway station is approx. 1.2 km away and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Trains run from here to Münster (30-minute journey time) and Enschede (approx. 50-minute journey time) in the Netherlands every hour or every half hour (depending on the time of day) during the day.Due to our proximity to various cycle routes (including the 100 Castles Route or the Aa-Vechte Tour), our holiday flat is the ideal starting point for short or long cycle tours. A visit to the Bagno Park with its famous concert gallery, the adjoining golf course and the moated castle is also worthwhile. The popular Borghorst combined swimming pool (indoor and outdoor pool) is also just a 10-minute cycle ride away.
