Modern apartments in a historical setting not far from the old town and the harbour This modern and recently renovated holiday house is on a property in Stralsund. The property is part of the Stralsund UNESCO world cultural heritage and is representative of the urban development of the 19th century. It is in one of the most popular districts of Stralsund between the old town and harbour. It is a perfect starting point for your holiday near the Baltic Sea coast. The little terrace adjoining the living room has seating for two people, to end the evening with a glass of wine. Grill accessories are available. There is a private parking space right next to the terrace. Our holiday house by the rear courtyard has a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, along with the separate kitchen. There is also a lift. The upper floor also provides a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a towel radiator, a washbasin, WC and washing machine. The living room has modern furnishing and includes a dining space and a cosy sofa corner that can be converted into a bed (150cm wide). A flatscreen TV and the Wi-Fi Internet connection provide entertainment. The quiet but central location of our accommodation is worth a special mention. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, but there are also bus stops nearby. The connection to the motorway exit makes arrival easy. All the sights in town, the harbour and the beach are within walking distance and there are many restaurants nearby. Everyday amenities are also in the immediate vicinity on foot or by bike. A bakery and all kinds of shops can be found at the nearby Frankendamm, as well as bus stops, medical practices, pharmacies. A highchair and travel bed are available for children free of charge, to be indicated on your booking.
