Very close to Tännesberg is a natural bath, high rope course and a fruit trail. Other areas of interest include Weiden, Amberg, Regensburg, Weltenburg, Pilsen and Prague. The terrace of the holiday home offer some stunning views of the meadows and forests. There is a tiled stove in the living area that is a popular favourite. The nearest airport is the Hof-Plauen Airport located at a distance of 116.6 km.

Tännesberg lies approx. 80 km. north-east of Regensburg, and only 25 km. from the Czech border. The village lies on an altitude of 800 m. centred in the Oberpfälzerwald. A marvellous region with many biking- and walking possibilities. A visit to the Czech republic with its beautiful town Prague must not be missed. Also visiting Regensburg is worth your while.
