The village of Hochhausen (part of Tauberbischofsheim) is the ideal trailhead for hiking and biking. Sightseeing highlights in the surrounding area include historic towns Würzburg and Rothenburg. Different outlet-shopping areas are only a 30min drive away.

The holiday apartment Altes Rathaus has one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and an antique closet. In the cosy living room you will find a TV an Hifi sound system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, coffeemaker and a dining table. The spaciuos bathroom and the sunny terrace are special features of this apartment.
The apartment is equipped with towels and bathrobes as well as linen on the beds. In the bathroom you will find e. g. shower gel and shampoo and a high quality hair dryer.

Arrival Time is from 15:00. Please contact us again 1-2 days prior to your arrival at 0170-5112486 (e.g. via WhatsApp). If the day before your arrival is not occupied an earlier arrival will be possible. Should we not be at home at your scheduled arrival time we will let you know the number to our key safe.
You can store luggage with us, should you arrive earlier. Pick-up from the train station is possible if requested in advance.
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment at 10:00 at the latest as we will need the time for cleaning an preparation for the next guests. Should you wish a late check-out, let us know upon arrival (Only possible when apartment not occupied on the check-out date).
Dogs/pets are welcome. There will be an additional cleaning charge of 50,00 €/stay.
Parking in front of the house is possible.
The sofa in the living room may be used for sleeping for children or if separate bedrooms are needed.
Children up to 12 years are free of charge,extra persons over 12 years will be charged with 10,00 €/day.

Conditions and extras
Guests pay directly to the landlord upon arrival in cash or by EC card.

When booking we expect a deposit of 50% of the total price. Guests will receive a confirmation directly from the landlord after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of a later cancellation, a total of 80% of the travel price is due.
