The cosy and timelessly modern holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location directly on the cycle path. It has two separate bedrooms and is particularly family-friendly due to the reduction for children (children up to 12 years of age live free of charge).

The suburb Hochhausen von Tauberbischofsheim is a formerly independent and in the meantime incorporated village, which lies approx. 5 km away from the city centre of Tauberbischofsheim. The village offers a beautiful beer garden and a restaurant in the local hotel. In the neighbouring village Werbach three restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment is ideally located for all holidaymakers who enjoy hiking and cycling. A lockable bicycle storage room with loading facilities for e-bikes is available.

The Tauber Valley also offers sightseeing from Rothenburg via the Bronnbach Monastery to Wertheim and Würzburg. The spa town of Bad Mergentheim, only 25 km away, has the beautiful Solymar Therme, which invites you to relax. Swimmers will also get their money's worth in the adjacent sports pool. In addition, the game park for families with children or the beautiful spa park for strolling are worth seeing.
A holiday alternative are Shopping Trips to the surrounding Outlets: Wertheim Village, S'Oliver in Rottendorf with peppering castle or the terry cloth manufacturer Pahl in Külsheim.

The romantic attic apartment is located directly on the Main-Tauber-Radachter cycle path and has a double room with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single room (bed: 90x200 cm).

The large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, basic spices, vinegar and oil, microwave and coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster and much more) with corner seat and dining area invites you to cook and eat together.

Guests also have at their disposal a living room with couch, wall unit and additional dining table. A flat screen TV with SAT system, a HiFi system and a vintage game console as well as various board games and books offer entertainment.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower as well as WC and washbasin. Plenty of towels, bathrobes, a large hairdryer and an illuminated make-up mirror offer comfort.

Guests have access to the covered terrace and garden (shared).

The arrival is normally possible from 15 o'clock to 22 o'clock. If the loft is not occupied the day before, you can also arrive earlier. This must be agreed with the landlord about 1-2 days before arrival. As a rule, departure should take place by 10 am. Also here a later departure can be agreed with the landlord, if the loft is not occupied on the same day again.

The keys are usually handed over personally by the landlord. If this should not be possible, the key is deposited after arrangement in a key safe. Guests find a detailed information folder in the vacation home, which explains everything again from trip goals over purchase possibilities up to the technology.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. In the garden the guests can meet the cat of the landlord.

On request a baby cot for small children, a high chair and further baby equipment can be made available.

Conditions and extras
Guests pay on arrival directly to the landlord in cash or with EC card.

When booking we expect a deposit of 50% of the total price. Guests will receive a confirmation directly from the landlord after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. In the case of a later cancellation, a total of 80% of the tour price will be due.
