On three levels in the open maisonette architectural style you will find on approx. 70 m² above the bedroom, in the middle the comfortable living room and on the entrance level a wellness area with toilet, shower and the generous exclusive sauna as well as a fitted kitchen.

The loft offers many technical gimmicks from the colour selectable light in the sauna or the interior sound system of the sauna, where you can play your own music via Bluetooth from the smartphone, to an extra large flat screen TV and of course the cosy fireplace stove.

The old sandstone walls of the former woodshed were partly preserved during the construction of the loft. The furniture is of high quality and fits in the style of the rustic noble ambience.

The kitchen is equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine, coffee machine, smoothie mixer and many other amenities for a wellness stay. On the terrace the large Napoleon gas grill invites you to enjoy.
Guests will appreciate the free drinks for the first night, coffee and tea as well as spices in the kitchen.

There are plenty of towels (also for sauna use) and bathrobes available, the beds are, of course, covered, there are various sauna aromas and body salt in the bathroom, as well as a tidy hairdryer with air shower, final cleaning, sales tax, WLAN use, garage parking and use of the sauna are already included in the prices.

The arrival is normally possible from 15 o'clock to 22 o'clock. If the loft is not occupied the day before, you can also arrive earlier. This must be agreed with the landlord about 1-2 days before arrival. As a rule, departure should take place by 10 am. Also here a later departure can be agreed with the landlord, if the loft is not occupied on the same day again.

The keys are usually handed over personally by the landlord so that a brief introduction to the technical equipment in the loft can be given. Should this not be possible, the key will be deposited in a key safe after consultation. Guests will find a detailed information folder in the loft, which explains everything from excursion destinations to shopping possibilities to technology.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. In the garden the guests can meet the cat of the landlord.

On request a baby cot can be provided for toddlers who are not yet crawling.

Conditions and extras
Guests pay on arrival directly to the landlord in cash or with EC card.

When booking, we expect a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price. Guests will receive a confirmation directly from the landlord after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of a later cancellation a total of 80% of the tour price will be due.
