Moin, moin and welcome to North Sea fun all year round! You can spend your holiday in our fully renovated duplex house in Center Parcs Tossens, which is typical for the North Sea. A cosy 65m2 house and a private garden await you. The semi-detached house enjoys a quiet location on the edge of the park. It is fully equipped and furnished for four people. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen unit, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave etc. (no space for an oven). The bathroom has a shower. On the first floor you can find two bedrooms, one with a double bed 200 x 200cm and the other with two single beds, both with built-in cupboards providing ample storage space. The house was fully renovated, including a new bathroom, a new kitchen unit and all new furniture. The ground floor has tiled floors, whilst the upper floor is laid with laminate. A flatscreen TV with cable channels and a DVD player and a stereo system are provided in the living room. There is a second flatscreen TV with a DVB-T receiver in one of the bedrooms. Outside there is a south-facing terrace and a private garden, which borders a field. Parking spaces are available right in front of the house. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets are not allowed. You can benefit from our agreement with Center Parcs and enjoy a 50% price reduction on the entrance prices tot eh Aqua Mundo pool landscape. You will need a permit for this, which can be sent to you on request before arrival. It is possible to book short stays from 2 days outside of the holiday period. For bookings up to 4 days, the supplementary charge for short stays stated on the list applies. Due to the current situation, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, there are access restrictions when visiting the Aqua Mondo des Center Parcs.
