The apartments 'Stadtblick' and 'Waldblick' "Beim Holzleitner" are located a bit outside Traunstein near the Hochberg.into the city you need about 10 minutes by car (4 km). The "Erlebnis Warmwasserbad" is located below the Hochberg (2 km). The Kirchmayers' farm is a dairy farm with about 20 dairy cows and 30 young cattle. Maybe you are lucky enough to be present at the birth of a baby calf. The baby cats are a great attraction for the children.Unique is not only the non-smoking house, but also the peace and the associated relaxation. The vacation apartments are lovingly furnished with lots of local wood. On the Holzleitner farm you will find everything that makes children's hearts beat faster, starting with the pedal tractor to Kettcars and numerous other play opportunities. In winter there are great toboggan runs on the farm slope, the possibility of ice skating at the Röthelbachweiher, cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity, as well as ski slopes in Siegsdorf, Bergen, Ruhpolding and so on.

The 80 sqm vacation apartment "Waldblick" with its own entrance is suitable for allergy sufferers and is located in the new building of our farmhouse on the ground floor and 1st floor. It has a kitchen with dishwasher and capsule coffee machine with visually separated living room and two separate bedrooms. One with double bed and the children's room with bunk bed and extra single bed. A bathroom with shower is located on the 1st floor. Guests have the opportunity to use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee: € 3.00). The apartment offers enough space for four people to feel comfortable. The apartment is lovingly, comfortably and brightly furnished and has its own terrace with garden furniture. In the apartment you will find everything you need to relax. On request you can get a bread service for an extra charge.
