Description

The luxury villa “Kiek ut” was newly built in 2015. The rooms offer a unique view of the bodden waters and the neighbouring island Hiddensee. The villa is in the Seepark residenz Rügen in Vaschvitz, 130 metres from the four-star Lindner Resort Hotel with bicycle hire, a bread rolls service and a restaurant. The outdoor area with two terraces provides garden furniture, two loungers, a bench and a charcoal grill. There is an outdoor sauna in the garden. The balcony on the upper floor, also with a view towards the island Hiddensee, has seating. It provides 162m² and rooms are flooded with daylight and have modern and stylish furnishing. The interior is of a very high standard and provides everything you need. There is a sauna house for cold winter days. It is perfect holiday accommodation for discerning guests. The ground floor consists of a living and dining room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player and radio, a dining corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as two bedrooms each with a double bed (180cm wide) and a flatscreen TV, two bathrooms with a shower, of which one is ensuite. The upper floor has a further bedroom with a double bed (180cm wide) and a flatscreen TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath, and a gallery with a view towards the bodden and the island Hiddensee. Enjoy walks along the bodden waters just 200 metres away or the sunset over the island Hiddensee from the balcony or the gallery, with a glass of wine. A holiday in harmony with nature. The largest and most beautiful beach on the island of Rügen, Schaabe, is just 12km away. It is 500 metres to the bodden with a grass beach, where you can fish with a permit. You can also enjoy kite surfing on the booden. The guesthouse Fähr-Eck in Trent offers homemade ice cream. In Schaprode in Schillings guesthouse, there is beef on the menu from the neighbouring island Öhe. Next door in the farm shop you can buy bread rolls and opposite there is the Eishafen with some exceptional sorts of ice cream. The ferry pier is right nearby, with ferries towards Hiddensee. In Schaprode there is a little beach by the campsite, the most beautiful and largest beach on Rügen called Schaabe, which can be accessed with the Wittow ferry. A children’s travel bed and a highchair are available in the house.
