The holiday flat was completely renovated in 2020. In the garden, there is a large outdoor seating area with table, benches, comfort reclining chairs and a bonnet gas grill at your disposal! In the flat and also in the outdoor seating area, you have free access to our fast Telekom WLAN connection (fibre-optic line). In addition, LAN connections are also available in the flat. We have paid great attention to high quality (e.g. hygienic "organic floors") and sustainability in the selection of building materials and furnishings. You should simply feel comfortable and be able to enjoy your holiday from the very beginning. You are also welcome to use the outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities, which is exclusively available for you. It is "equipped" with a large table for 6 - 8 people. Also four relax chairs with reclining function and two folding chairs. For your barbecue pleasure, there is a gas barbecue with cast iron plates and a separate cooking surface. The garden is spacious and relaxing with lots of "greenery".

The flat is for 2 - 6 persons with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sofas and with additional sleeping option. Washing machine & dryer in a separate room (usable on request), an additional hallway entrance area, with clothes horse and wardrobe. Spacious living area with kitchenette, cosy and functional furnishings. A large refrigerator with ice compartment is integrated in the kitchen area. Dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine (with integrated thermos jug) and toaster are available for you. TWO bathrooms in a modern look with underfloor heating and towel radiator. Disinfectant gel and an antibacterial washing cream are available for hygiene. The bedrooms all have a skylight with blackout and an outside window with blind. Brand new" Schlaraffia mattresses have been fitted for your rest. If necessary, the couch can be pulled out as an additional bed. A sofa bed is also integrated in the living room. In one bedroom there is an additional flat screen TV.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
