Description

Space and comfort (98 sqm) - unobstructed view of the Achental valley - mountains and lakes - nature and ecology - relaxation and enjoyment! These terms stand for our holiday flat in the Au district of Unterwössen. An ideal starting point to explore the leisure activities of the Chiemgau. Sport and nature are not a contradiction here, but offer the opportunity to recover well here.The "Landhaus in der Au" is situated in a quiet hillside location elevated above the village. From the holiday flat you have an unrestricted panoramic view of the picturesque Achental valley with its mountains. In order to protect the environment, we heat with solar and geothermal energy and pay attention to an even energy balance. Smoking is not permitted in the house and courtyard. It is not possible to bring pets. The flat offers enough space for 4-5 people and convinces with individual furnishings. The seating and lying areas can bear a maximum weight of 120 kg. Garden and barbecue area are waiting for your use. Two parking spaces are available at the house. Smoking is not allowed in the house, on the balcony and on the property.

For a relaxing holiday at any time of the year, you will find good conditions with us:-Cosy holiday flat with approx. 98 sqm, no sloping ceilings, wooden oak floors, windows that open, balcony with seating furniture.-two bedrooms each with a double bed (L/W 200*180 cm), table and chairs, built-in cupboards-living room with large dining table, corner sofa, SAT-TV, radio with CD, small library and game collection.-Living room and bedrooms have direct access to the balcony.-In the kitchen you will find a high-quality fitted kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave (on request), kettle, coffee machine and much more. There is sufficient crockery available. Table and seating offer the possibility to watch the cows while having breakfast.-Basic equipment of spices is ready.-The sanitary facilities are new:-Bathroom with spacious shower, washstand and WC. Dressing table in natural wood, additional mirror and hairdryer complete the equipment.-A second separate WC with washbasin creates free space.-The beds are made up. Hand and bath towels, tea towels and tablecloths are provided.-For consumption: toilet paper, kitchen roll, waste bags, dishwashing and cleaning products.-For cleaning purposes: hoover, broom, shovel and other cleaning utensils.-WLAN-Garden with lawn for sunbathing and playing, garden furniture, barbecue area and sandpit.-Parking space for 2 cars-In the village area there are two grocery shops, baker, various offers of restaurants, also at the lake, gliding airport and in the neighbouring communities.-For urgent cases, our washing machine with detergent and a tumble dryer are also available for € 5 reimbursement per "machine".

Conditions and extras
The rental price is due on the day of arrival, unless you receive other written notice in advance from the booking portal or the host.  The spa tax is not included in the rental price. The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
