On request, we rent out our sailing dinghy on Lake Chiemsee to guests.Our flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets!

All rooms are equipped with high-quality real wood parquet flooring. Furnished and covered south/west balcony with magnificent mountain view and private garden area (barbecue possibility) - an ideal place to relax and unwind. The guest parking space is directly at the house. Lockable bicycle shed and ski cellar available. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
