"ARRIVING and immediately FEELING HAPPY, that was a GOOD DECISION!" ...this is the feeling all our guests should have when they have decided to stay at CASA SHANIA and are welcomed and welcomed by us. Our holiday flats are situated in a sunny and quiet location all year round. From the car park of Casa Shania, an outside staircase leads to the entrance in the hallway of the two holiday accommodations. The balconies of both accommodation units are covered and face southwest, from where you can enjoy a dreamlike panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. If you are a smoker, you are allowed to smoke on the balconies, but please not in the living area. In the summer months, we have set up a cosy outdoor seating area for our guests right next to the car park. We look forward to seeing you!

Our holiday flat "Feelings" has two bright separate rooms, hallway and WC. It is basically designed for 1-2 guests. A large bedroom with a box-spring double bed, built-in shower and washstand. Two lounge chairs with a small side table have been arranged to form a small seating group and invite you to relax. From the bedroom you can also step out onto the covered balcony with a fantastic view. In the cosy kitchen-cum-living-room you will find the kitchenette, a seating area and a large flat-screen TV. Kitchen equipment: Refrigerator, 2 plate stove/ ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, mini oven/pizza oven, crockery, cutlery etc. in sufficient quantity.

Conditions and extras
Important:A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid no later than 7 days after booking.If you have any special wishes or suggestions for your stay, please contact us, we might have a suitable idea!The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
