"ARRIVING and immediately FEELING HAPPY, that was a GOOD DECISION!" ...this is the feeling all our guests should have when they have decided to stay at CASA SHANIA and are welcomed and welcomed by us. Our holiday flats are situated in a sunny and quiet location all year round. From the car park of Casa Shania, an outside staircase leads to the entrance in the hallway of the two holiday accommodations. The balconies of both accommodation units are covered and face southwest, from where you can enjoy a dreamlike panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. If you are a smoker, you are allowed to smoke on the balconies, but please not in the living area. In the summer months, we have set up a cosy outdoor seating area for our guests right next to the car park. We look forward to seeing you!

The holiday flat "Moments" is designed for up to 4 people. It has three rooms, hallway and WC. Bedroom 1 has a large "four-poster double bed" with shelves, a small seating area, large built-in wardrobe with built-in shower and washbasin and a large flat-screen TV. Access to your own covered SW balcony with 2 chairs and table. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, but in box spring design, a small seating area and a large built-in wardrobe with its own shower and washbasin. You will find a small TV in the wardrobe. Direct access to the covered SW balcony with 2 chairs and table. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped, in addition to the dining area with bench and chairs, there is also a comfortable couch. You will also find an XXL flat screen TV. Kitchen equipment: Full cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee pad machine, crockery/cookware etc. in sufficient quantity.

Important:A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid no later than 7 days after booking.If you have any special wishes or suggestions for your stay, please contact us, we might have a suitable idea!The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
