Our holiday house "Casa de Luisa" has two holiday apartments with the names "Capitolio" and "Malecon"The house was completely renovated in 2020. The topic of Cuba and Bavaria was taken up because I come from Cuba myself and have a Bavarian husband. The house is relatively centrally located. Discounter, bakery, etc. can be reached on foot in less than 3 minutes. The Regental cycle path is also only 500 meters away. The municipal outdoor pool can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or in 2 minutes by car. The bus stop for the free city bus is also just a 2-minute walk away. The city of Viechtach also has a train station, from which you can take the city bus to get to us free of charge.Skiers also get their money's worth. The small ski area in Markbuchen / St. Englmar is only 11km away. The Großer Arber is 30 minutes away by car - there are several slopes and a cross-country center.Nevertheless, the house is in a quiet residential area, with no through traffic.The great view of the surrounding landscape and the mountains round off the entire holiday feeling.

Payment is made on site in cash or in advance by bank transfer.A prepayment of 30% can be calculated after booking.Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
