About 300 metres from our house is our own bathing area with rowing boat, the perfect place to enjoy the warmest lake in Upper Bavaria.

Flat screen TV, stereo system, free W-LAN, fully equipped kitchenette, oven with ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, coffee machine, capsule machine, kettle, 1 double bed (1.80m*2.00m), shower/WC, towels, shower towels, make-up mirror, hairdryer, south-facing balcony with bench and folding table, insect screen.

Prices plus visitor's tax per person/night: June to September: Adults from 16 years € 2.00, children 10 to 15 years € 1.00, children up to 9 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of charge.October to May: Adults from 16 years € 1.00, children 10 to 15 years € 0.50, children up to 9 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of charge.

If you have booked a holiday with us, you will receive the invoice afterwards, the rental price should be transferred at least two weeks before arrival.
