Description
The house and its 1300m² site, which is situated on the outskirts of the village, borders the Grundloser See/Grundloses Moor nature reserve in the idyllic Ebbingen area of the town Walsrode. Ebbingen is about 6km to the north of Walsrode. The little village is surrounded by two moors, large forests and fields. Here you can find absolute peace and quiet with no through traffic.Light and comfortable holiday apartment with a terrace, in a quiet location by the edge of a forest, an ideal starting point for walks or cycle tours through the nearby nature reserve, as well as trips in the area
The site is fully enclosed, as otherwise deer would pay a visit. The guest terrace in the large, shared garden with garden furniture (four armchairs, a large garden table and a parasol) invite you to relax. You are welcome to use the available Teflon grill. There is also plenty of parking space on site. Hire bicycles in all sizes for adults and children are available.
The apartment is on the first floor of the house and measures around 72m². The cosy living room has two sofas, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a radio and a dining group for relaxing and being sociable. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), the second with two single beds (ca. 80cm wide). The light kitchen is equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils, as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic hob and a coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. To avoid any queues, there is also a separate guest WC with a washing machine.
Owing to the wonderful location, you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities e.g. cycle tours, walks, swimming or golf. The location right by the edge of the forest also allows you to set off on walks straight from the house. The fabulous Grundloser See is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can go on trips in the area e.g. Serengeti Park (Hodenhagen), Heide Park Soltau, Magic Park (Verden), Wildpark in the Lüneburger Heide, Weltvogelpark or the Aller-Leine-Tal. Golf players can visit the nearby Golfclub Tietlingen (18-hole), one of the most beautiful courses in northern Germany. Walsrode is in the midst of the city triangle of Hamburg (90 km), Hannover (60 km) und Bremen (60 km). The historical Lüneburg is about 70km away and the historical Celle about 50km.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking. The owner can provide a cot and a highchair free of charge.
