The Jansen holiday flat is located in the centre of Warendorf's historic old town. The market square, numerous shops, restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. Take a relaxed stroll through the alleyways of the town and enjoy the excellent culinary offerings. Visit the famous NRW State Stud (approx. 650 m), whose horses have won numerous medals at the Olympic Games and World Championships. Numerous events in the city centre ensure a packed calendar of events.The well-signposted cycle path network of the Münsterland is only a few metres away from the holiday flat. The flat landscape around Warendorf allows for extensive cycle tours. The 100 Castles Route and the Ems Cycle Path run right through the centre of Warendorf. The four-season park in Oelde, Harkotten Castle near Sassenberg and the old town centre of Telgte are among the many excursion destinations. You also have regular train connections to Telgte and the interesting city centre of Münster. Canoe tours on the Ems, which flows towards Telgte surrounded by green banks, are also highly recommended.

The 95 m² holiday flat is spread over 2 floors. Two bedrooms each have a double bed - another bedroom has a single bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with WC and shower. The separate kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher provides space for preparing meals. The centrepiece is the living room with seating and TV.
