Visit Büsum, just 3 km away, or take a boat trip from Brunsbüttel. The unique seal station in Friedrichskoog is a popular destination. A day trip to Heligoland, Germany's only offshore island, which you can reach from Büsum on one of the excursion steamers, promises pure variety.
