The flat is located on the ground floor of a Mediterranean detached house, with its own terrace incl. barbecue. In front of the house there is a free parking space and bicycles for rent. Directly from the house you can go jogging, cycling or walking and enjoy the nature, meadows and fields. Our holiday flat offers excellent connections to public transport. Buses and trains are just a few steps away.

The flat is lovingly and individually furnished and has a wardrobe in the entrance area. It is divided into a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator and freezer, oven and a fully automatic coffee machine).
A spacious living/dining area with a generous sofa bed and a TV set. The area also serves as a small chill area with a dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.
A cosy bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, washing machine, bathtub and WC.
