Our apartment was completed in 2021 and equipped with loving details. The quiet courtyard, away from street noise, is nestled in a unique and beautiful Mediterranean garden. The property holds some bushy places to relax with a good glass of wine from local winemakers.
The village of Weigenheim belongs to a wine-growing community and is surrounded by 1000ha of forest. Here you will find good hiking opportunities to the Frankenberg including Frankenberg Castle, the Scheinberg, the Hohenlandsberg and the Kapellenberg. On a total area of 76 ha grows the excellent Franconian wine, which can be tasted and tasted extensively in the surrounding restaurants and hedge farms.
Hiking and cycling trails, other excursion destinations in the region and a modern and quiet apartment invite you to linger in the region.

The 40 square meter apartment with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with rain shower, offers enough space for 2 to 3 people. The private terrace invites you to breakfast in the morning sun, barbecue in the evening or linger under palm trees.
Our apartment is the perfect place to relax after a busy day, whether you are on a business trip or just want to unwind.

The kitchenette is equipped with hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, kettle, milk frother and toaster. Other details of the apartment are a double bed with two single mattresses, additional sofa bed, Amazon TV Stick + Samsung TV, underfloor heating, private terrace and free Wi-Fi. Of course, towels and bed linen are included in the price.

Arrival is possible from 4 pm to 9 pm. Departure is possible until 11:30 am
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
On arrival, a small regional welcome gift awaits you.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
To protect our inventory, a deposit of 150, - € is required on arrival in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
Pets are allowed on request (cost: 5,-€ per pet & night).
A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).
On request, a bread roll service can be offered Sat/Sun subject to availability.

Payment is made on site in cash.
A prepayment of 40% may be charged after booking.
A free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled later, 90% of the total price will be charged.
