Description

The spacious holiday apartment is at garden level in a private house in the quiet outskirts, without any through traffic. The 100m² superior holiday apartment in Fürfurt an der Lahn with an idyllic garden is suitable for two to six people. It is an ADFC certified, bicycle-friendly guest establishment. The apartment has a total of four rooms plus a kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 220 cm) and a sofa bed (pull out sofa 160 x 200 cm) for two people, the other has a day bed (100 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed and features a fireplace. There is another sofa bed (100 x 230 cm) in the room with a pool table (through-room to WC). In the dining room there is a sofa bed for two persons (170 x 200 cm). The house was renovated in 2010 to a new-built, energy-efficient and ecological standard. The apartment is barrier-free and has been fully furnished and equipped. An open fireplace, a library and modern paintings by a contemporary artist are provided. The bathroom has marble tiles, a WC and a shower. There is a room with a pool table. A TV, wireless Internet access, a telephone, a stereo system and games are provided. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, an induction hob and tableware. The last renovation of the apartment was in 2018, it has a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. The following are available in the outside area: a roofed terrace, various tables and seating areas throughout the garden, a little grill, a lawn, a parasol, a lockable bicycle storage space and a car parking space. The village of Fürfurt an der Lahn with 150 souls and a weir is a treasure trove for those seeking peace and quiet or an active holiday. The Lahn elevations trace both sides of the river between Weilburg and Bad Ems, the most beautiful stretch of this natural fluvial landscape. Canoeists, cyclists and hikers will find a network of trails right on the doorstep. The varied cultivated landscape with little medieval timber-framed towns, castles, museums, a geopark etc. offers a wealth of trip destinations. The location of the house is in Hessen by the romantic Lahn and near Weinbach. Trip destinations and amenities include: Weilburg (8 km) and Limburg (25 km), motorway A3 (20 km), airport Frankfurt/M. (60 km). The train station, boat pier, Lahntal cycle path and a restaurant are less than five minutes away on foot.
