Description
This modern and comfortable three-room apartment with a garden and a terrace is on a quiet side street in Westerland on the island of Sylt. It is about an 8-minute walk to the beach and the centre.
This cosy holiday apartment of 55m² is newly furnished in a rustic country style and is suitable for allergy sufferers, laid with tile and laminate flooring. There are two separate bedrooms for up to three people. All three rooms are on one floor. There is a light living room with a sofa corner for five people, an armchair, an HD TV, a DVD player, free wireless Internet access and an MP3 stereo system. There is also a separate dining space with a window in the new kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher etc. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the other bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200cm), a and a desk. The new shower room with a window provides a shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Outside there is a big garden with a lawn. The terrace is for your own private use and provides a canopy beach chair, a lounger and a sitting corner for five people, along with a garden grill. A free car parking space is available on site and there are bicycle stands by the house.
The pedestrian zone in town, the beach and the Westerland train station are all within walking distance, about eight minutes away (600 metres). You can find a bakery and a supermarket 100 metres away. There are restaurants and a tennis court 200 metres away. There is a nature reserve nearby.
