Description

This holiday studio renovated in 2011/12 and charmingly furnished is on the Wittow peninsula in Wiek. It is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The enclosed, detached residential house is in a quiet residential area, with a cycle path alongside it and a public car park. It is only the road and the adjacent healthcare facility for mothers and children that separate you from the Wieker Bodden, where you can swim. It is also excellent for surfing and fishing. The harbour 500 metres away with its heritage-protected historical bridge, the surrounding holiday apartments, restaurants, souvenir shops, third-generation fisherman and a boat pier, is a starting point for guided fishing tours, boat hire, ferry connections to the island of Giddensee, and the village waterfront promenade. Let yourself be captivated by the sunset over the Wieker Bodden at the harbour. The studio is on the first floor. A separate stairwell leads to the entrance hallway, which provides access to the bedroom and living room with a double bed and a fold-out bed. This room provides satellite TV, a radio with a CD player and alarm clock, and an equipped kitchenette with a dining space for 2-3 people, providing a fridge, a two-ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and crockery. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC. The guest room is laid with cork parquet. All the rooms have heating, ensuring pleasant warmth out of the main season. You can have breakfast on one of the two wooden terraces outdoors with comfortable garden furniture, or you can grill and enjoy outdoor games. You are invited to spend your holiday in a quiet location and in a relaxed atmosphere, in this new holiday studio with a charming interior.
