From the living room, you have easy access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the sun. The open-plan kitchen has a seating area and includes a dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, fridge with ice box, oven, toaster and much more. Both bedrooms have a double bed, one room offering access to the second balcony. Two travel cots and a high chair are provided. There is WiFi in the apartment. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. When you book, you will receive the SauerlandCard, offering free bus and train travel. There is a lift in the building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Wood for the wood burner is not provided. The apartment is located on the third floor of a small complex. You can park your car in the garage and there is also space to put away your skis. This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The centre of Winterberg is also within walking distance. There is a great range of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. It is a great place for a meal, a drink and to relax. The Winterberg area offers a wide range of facilities for leisure and recreation.
