This apartment offers two bedrooms, a spacious combined living and dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds (two single mattrasses each 90x200cm), a spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables with reading lamps. One bedroom also offers a desk with lamp and chair.
The combined dining and living room will be the perfect living hub during your stay. The spacious table offers enough space for your family during meals and gaming evenings. Or make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a cozy evening together in front of the TV. Your rental includes a smart cable TV with streaming services via your personal online accounts. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped and has everything you will need: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, a sharp set of knives, a hand mixer with wand blender, toaster, for coffee addicts a coffee machine, and for tea drinkers a kettle and a variety of different teas. Of course, there are enough crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils available as well for your family.
The bathroom has everything you need: shower, toilet and two separate sinks with a spacious storage cabinet. The in floor heating ensures your morning trip to the bathroom is as cozy as the bed you woke up in. An additional toilet for your own use is located just next to the door of your apartment.
The veranda offers a magnificent view and is equipped with an the outdoor table for six and a barbecue upon request.
Free parking next to the house is included. Two cars fit on the driveway in front of the garage.
Towels and bedlinen: included and mandatory with the rental price, consisting of (per person):
1 bed linen, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel;
in addition (per stay): shower mat, 2 dishcloths, 1 kitchen sponge.

On request: we can provide a high chair and baby travel cot free of charge. Please bring your own bed linen and blanket for the travel cot.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment - smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment or on the terrace/veranda.
Wi-Fi free of charge in the apartment as well as iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Tourist tax: according to bye-law this is charged in addition to the rent (currently € 3.00 per person 16+/night)
Conditions and extras
Payment & deadlines
50% of the rental price is due when booking. The remaining amount plus tourist tax must be transferred no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. The date of receipt of payment is decisive. In case of a short-term booking less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the rental price is due immediately or, in the case of a booking less than 5 bank working days before the start of the rental, or according to prior agreement, at the latest on arrival.
The tourist tax according to bye-law of the city of Winterberg is EUR 3.00 per person (aged 16 and over) per day, with the arrival and departure days counting as one day. The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and must be transferred together with the rental price.
Due diligence
The tenant has to treat the rented premises and the furnishings with care. Damage caused is to be reimbursed by the tenant. The tenants are obliged to check the facility for completeness and usability when moving into the premises and to notify the landlord of any complaints immediately. The tenants must also report any damage occurring during the rental period immediately.
Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract, regardless of the reason, without naming a suitable new tenant, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that another rental is not possible for at least the same rental price and period:

- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price. The statutory withdrawal and termination options remain unaffected. It is the tenant's responsibility to prove that the damage was lower.
Extended cancellation policy for COVID-19
If official regulations or ordinances relating to COVID-19 do not allow the landlord to rent out the holiday home (keyword "Corona Ordinance", "Rental ban"), the tenant will of course be reimbursed 100% of the rental price paid. The same applies if it is not possible for the tenant to travel to the home due to extensive travel restrictions and to leave the place of residence / home district due to official restrictions in relation to COVID-19.
