Welcome to the holiday flat "Haus Stammecke"

We welcome you to our 100 m² big, lovingly furnished holiday flat. When the sun shines you can relax on a big roof terrace. From this terrace you have a wide stunning view over Niedersfeld and its mountains. The flat is on the 1st floor and is accessible via steps.
Two lovingly decorated bedrooms with double beds and one room with two bunk beds for all ages invite you to enjoy a good night´s sleep. For our youngest guests there is a children´s bed at the size 140 x 70 cm available.

For a cosy get-together the living room offers enough space. Here you can find a sat-TV, a stereo system, books and card or board games.
A separate, modern and well equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area will be available for you. The kitchen has a dish washer, a ceramic hob with oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a water boiler, a microwave and a fridge. For children there is also a high chair available. Upon request a barbecue is also possible.
A modern bathroom with a big shower and toilet will ensure a pleasant stay.

Our holiday flat is quietly located in a side valley of Niedersfeld. The house has a big garden with enough space for children to romp and roam around. Right at the edge of the property flows a little stream, the "Stammecke”.

The village centre and access to the public transport is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the village you can find the following shops: two bakeries, a butcher´s, a vegetable market, a petrol station and two banks. The touristic centres Winterberg and Willingen with all its tourist attractions are only 15 or 30 km car ride away.
Within only about 2 km you can find the leisure area "Hillebachsee” (water ski facility, miniature golf, playground, etc.), the ski area Niedersfeld, the kart track, a paint ball arena, the playground at the park, connections to the "Rothaarsteig” and numerous other hiking trails, the nature reserve heathland Niedersfeld with the managed hut "Hochheidehütte” and many more.

As we are owners of two little dogs ourselves you can of course bring your dogs to our house.
The flat is a non-smoking flat but it is possible to smoke in certain outdoor areas.
We offer you free parking space for your car. Electric cars can be charged at a 220 V connection. Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored securely. As we are passionate motor bikers we offer you the possibility to do minor repairs to your bike yourself.

The visitor´s tax of € 1.95 per person (from the age of 16) and night must be paid upon arrival.
It is possible to rent duvet covers at a price of € 10.00 per bed. In case you want to rent those please contact us in advance.
