Cosy flat for 4 people, spread over three floors with a spiral staircase.

The flat is located at the upper edge of Silbach, from where you have a beautiful view over the village. It is very quiet and inviting to relax. You can start directly from here on the hiking trails or mountain bike routes.
The house is located in Silbach, which is next to Winterberg. The holiday home has an area of 88m² and is a multi-family house. Winterberg-Silbach is ideally located for hiking, cycling and much more.

The distance to Winterberg's ski lift carousel with snow cannons is only 8 km. All hiking trails start practically in front of the door. The Rothaarsteig invites for longer walks - possibly with a guide. Information is available from the tourist office in Silbach or Winterberg.

Our services for you
We now also offer a bed linen/towel package. This includes a pillowcase, a duvet cover, a large bath towel, two small towels and kitchen towels (per person). We charge €12 per person for this package. Please indicate this when booking or just ask.

Conditions and extras
A 50% deposit will be charged immediately after booking.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.
A deposit of €100 must be paid in cash when handing over the keys. The deposit will be refunded in cash if the keys/apartment are handed over correctly.
Plus the applicable tourist tax.
